Or, you may submit your credit card or Amazon.com Store Card or bank account information to Amazon to the extent necessary to fulfill your order and Amazon processes the charge to your account. Upon completion of your order, ReiznersWay.com does not receive your personally identifiable information.
ReiznersWay.com takes care to keep your information private. ReiznersWay.com use reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect your information that is retained by it and restricts access to such information to two individuals, John R. Reizner and David Kerr. David Kerr is an independent contractor for technical matters at ReiznersWay.com and is subject to a confidentiality agreement. ReiznersWay.com currently employs the following security measures:
1. ReiznersWay.com’s network router for its computer systems employs both a Network Address Translation {sometimes referred to as “NAT”} firewall as well as a stateful inspection {sometimes referred to as "SPI") firewall. These firewalls help protect ReiznersWay.com’s network from Internet based attacks and access by unauthorized users.
2. The onsite physical location for ReiznersWay.com’s computer systems has 24 hour security and constant video surveillance as well as a fob system for the elevator access and a high security lock system for entry.
3. ReiznersWay.com continuously backups certain files including document files and email data and stores it on a Mirra Personal server located both onsite at ReiznersWay.com as well as online at the Mirra website. ReiznersWay.com uses 128 bit encryption to transfer this information from its computer system to store it on the Mirra Personal Server. In addition, ReiznersWay.com uses the ShadowProtect DeskTop Software Program to back up images of its main computer hard drive to an external hard drive located onsite. As triple redundancy protection against data loss, ReiznersWay.com continuously backups its computer file data and stores it online with Mozy.com. The data is transferred to Mozy.com’s online servers using 128-bit SSL encryption. Mozy.com stores the data on its servers and secures it with 448-bit Blowfish encryption. ReiznersWay.com protects access to all of these backup systems by using strong passwords which are periodically changed.
Despite these security measures, please note that ReiznersWay.com cannot guarantee the security of your information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of your information at any time.
Except as otherwise described in this privacy statement, ReiznersWay.com will not disclose personal information to any third party unless ReiznersWay.com believes that disclosure is necessary: (1) to conform to legal requirements or to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other legal process received by ReiznersWay.com, whether or not a response is required by applicable law; (2) to enforce the ReiznersWay.com’s Terms of Use Agreement or to protect its rights; or (3) to protect the safety of members of the public and users of the ReiznersWay services. ReiznersWay.com may also employ tiny electronic images which are called single-pixel GIF files or Action Tags. Through third party contractors, the single-pixel GIF files together with the cookies allow ReiznersWay.com to receive a count of the aggregate number of visitors to each page on the site and the aggregate number of customers who have purchased the e book and when the purchase was made and the dollar amount of the purchase. The single-pixel GIF files contain an anonymous and unique value. ReiznersWay.com does not link the information stored in the single-pixel GIF files to any personally identifiable information you submit to ReiznersWay.com, PayPal.com and/or ShopSite.com. The single-pixel GIF with the cookies do not reveal any personally identifiable information.
In summary, ReiznersWay.com will only use cookies and single-pixel GIFs to collect and analyze aggregate information. For example, ReiznersWay.com may use them to determine that 50,000 visitors came to the site from Anywhere, USA, and that 20,000 of them were repeat visitors. ReiznersWay.com does not use them to ascertain that John Q. Public from Anywhere, USA, visited the site or purchased the e book.
ReiznersWay.com’s reference to any website in its privacy policy does not mean that ReiznersWay.com has endorsed or investigated the reliability of the information that the web site may provide. ReiznersWay.com does not undertake to do so. The actual practices of any web site may in fact be at variance with its stated policies.
