John Reizner's Way to Wealth

“I love the market. I have made it my life’s work to understand how to invest in stocks and mutual funds successfully over the long haul.”

I was first exposed to financial markets when I started reading the stock quotes out of the newspaper to my businessman grandfather, who was legally blind, when I was about ten. I remember my grandfather always told me: “Buy Triple A” (the best stocks). Later, I studied economics at both Vassar College and Columbia University, where I became intrigued by the link between psychology and economic theory.

“Battle-Tested”

I began testing my stock investing technique in the early 1990’s, when I used my own funds to test the validity of my investment theory. Using my method, I earned excellent returns in both mutual funds and individual stocks, which I describe in detail in my book, A Way to Wealth—The Art of Investing in Common Stocks, my timely blog posts, and investment articles. In fact, many of my investments multiplied several times, up to ten times in value since my initial investment.

Far From the Investing Crowd

I’m not a Wall Street insider. I’m a member of the investing public, and I love the market. I have made it my life’s work to deliver in my own portfolio (including stocks, mutual funds, and ETFs, as well as gold and silver) a successful financial outcome over time. I am conservative, but not conventional in my approach to building wealth and a secure financial future.

It Can Work, If You Work It

Benjamin Franklin was right when he said, “Time is money.” And it does take time to make money. I believe in allocating one’s investment assets to potentially gain profits over the long run while at the same time making investment style choices that may limit overall downside risk.

My investing experience has led me from time to time to lock in long term capital gains in the stock market, gold, etc. to preserve my capital and then to reallocate the money as conditions warrant. That does not mean that I have not lost money at times.

My hope is that you will benefit from my experience, my blog and articles, as well as my book. May my book be a valuable and trusted companion along your own investing journey, whether you are a new or more experienced investor. It takes less than an hour to read but may save you countless time and money over a lifetime.

Good luck on your way to wealth!
